About the Instructor: Major David L. Anderson
With 28 years in law enforcement, including 17 years on SWAT (leading as both team leader and commander), Major Anderson is a leading expert in police use of force, training, and critical incident review. He currently heads the Special Operations Bureau at the Greenville Police Department. Holding advanced certifications in force science and video examination, he's trained thousands in use of force and tactical interventions. An Adjunct Professor at East Carolina University, he shapes law enforcement standards statewide.
