Real Estate GENUP

This 4 hour mandatory course satisfies the continuing education requirement required by the NC Real Estate Commission.

Students must have a broker license issued by the NC Real Estate Commission and provide their license information to the Education Director at the beginning of class.  

Students in an online classroom MUST have the ability to be seen by the instructor for the entire synchronous classroom time. Registered students will receive instructions on how to access the classroom before the start date of the class. 

Technology and Equipment Requirements for completing this course.
· A desktop or laptop computer (PC or Apple) is required, Chrome books have had known issues and normally do not work
· Preferably wired internet access
· Google Chrome web browser (Lockdown browsers and Webex do not work well with other browsers)
· Webcam, Microphone and speakers must be in working order.
· Have the ability to troubleshoot your issues at your level.

Environment
It is required to take the course in a quiet environment.

Orientation to technology
You are responsible for having working technology to access the course.
