Officer Ryan Biggerstaff of the NC Wildlife Resources Commission will guide young boaters to safe and sound operation of watercraft. Take to the water knowing basic boating safety, equipment, rules of the road, weather, and good boating etiquette. The Boating Guide for North Carolina will be Officer Biggerstaff’s text and completers will have satisfied the safety training requirement for boaters younger than 26 with this class. This class is free, but registration is required. *Please bring a bagged lunch/snacks/drinks. Ages 12-18
