FLOW: Foundations for Confidence, Communication & Leadership
This interactive, skills-based class is designed to help teens build real-life confidence, improve communication, and develop leadership skills they can use at home, at school, and in their peer relationships.
Through guided discussion, hands-on activities, and practical exercises, students learn how to:
• Communicate clearly and respectfully
• Manage emotions and respond thoughtfully instead of reactively
• Build confidence in social and academic situations
• Understand different perspectives
• Strengthen problem-solving and decision-making skills
FLOW focuses on life skills schools don’t have time to teach, helping teens develop self-awareness, responsibility, and emotional intelligence in a supportive and engaging environment.
This class is ideal for teens who want to:
• Feel more confident speaking up
• Improve relationships with parents, peers, and teachers
• Build leadership skills and personal responsibility
• Learn practical tools for navigating real-world challenges
